Two people who died in separate incidents, one of which occurred on the water and another, were identified as 22-year-old Selvin Be Choc. The younger man died after a jet ski flipped over at the Discovery Bay Marina launch ramp, leaving two others on the other side of the road. The other person was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide.
