North Las Vegas police identify suspect in deadly December shooting

North Las Vegas police have identified Jairo Garcia, 34, as the suspected shooter in a December shooting that left a man dead. The incident occurred in the 3200 block of Lillis Avenue, near the intersection of Interstate Avenue and Pecos Road. The suspect fled the scene before police could reach the scene. The police have arrested Garcia for open murder with a deadly weapon.
