Tulsa Police have arrested 27-year-old Reese Ramsey after she allegedly broke into two homes and stole a car. The suspect was caught on surveillance attempting to tamper with surveillance equipment before moving to a second home where she stole food and a child's bicycle. When police arrived, they found two homes burglarized and a car had been stolen from the victim's garage. Ramsey was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, and other crimes.
