The 2027 Mercedes-Maybach S-class has been updated with a new face and a more powerful V-8 engine. The most striking change is a 20 percent increase in the grille, which is now etched with the Maybach name and illuminated. The car will go on sale in the latter half of 2026 and will be announced closer to its launch. The interior has been redesigned with the MBUX Superscreen and the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS), which is backed by the MBOS for the first time on a Maybach model. However, the V-12 engine remains an option. The changes to the Mayach also mirror the changes made by the Benz.
