General Motors (Phenomenomena) is testing the next-generation of its automated driving technology on public roads, a more advanced version than it initially thought. The company plans to launch 200 testing vehicles on public streets in Michigan and California, mostly on high-speed lanes on limited access highways. The testing will take place without specifying where it will occur.
