A 26-year-old man is accused of deliberately ramming his SUV into a Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) station lobby, causing five civilians to minor injuries. The incident occurred around 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday. The suspect, Dieufort Joly, was apprehended by officers and transported to a hospital for treatment. The building was damaged but not structural. No motive has been established for the attack, but police believe it was motivated by a domestic dispute.
