Police are seeking the arrest warrants for 29-year-old Tavita Garcia Diaz and 30-year old Victor Vasquez Morales for three counts of felony passenger fleeing the scene of a crash resulting in serious injury or death. The incident occurred on February 20, when a Toyota Corolla hit four motorcycles, killing one of the victims and injuring another. The suspects have been identified as Diaz and Vasquez. A nationwide extradition has been authorized for both individuals.
