Ghebry Figueroa, a 37-year-old north suburban man, has been charged with knowingly operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and causing great bodily harm to another. The bus was headed to a Michigan casino from Chicago and crashed through an embankment. Initially, 33 of the 54 passengers were reported to be injured, but this number has now risen to 41. Figuveo was arrested the day after the crash.
