Caleb Williams shades Skip Bayless over criticism of ‘Iceman’ trademark filing: ‘Foolish of me!’

Caleb Williams, the Bears quarterback, has been criticized by sports personality Skip Bayless for filing a trademark for the nickname “Iceman” earlier this month. Bayless claimed that Williams is stealing the name from Basketball Hall of Famer George Gervin. Williams responded by sarcastically accusing Bayless of not knowing what stealing means. Grovin, who spent 14 seasons across the NBA and ABA, was also upset about the trademark applications filed. A decision on the trademark is likely several months away.
