South Florida high school sweethearts, John and Maria Ruiz, are using the "Maternity Madness" bracket to determine the name of their first child. The couple, who started dating in high school as teenagers, both share a love of college basketball and started a tradition of visiting the campuses of the Final Four teams in college. They matched their top four names to each of the 64 teams in the main tournament bracket for the men's side. Despite not liking the results, they are committed to accepting them, even if they're not fans of Duke.
