Drew Barrymore lists sprawling historic estate for nearly $5 million

Golden Globe and Emmy-winning actor Drew Barrymore's historic home in Harrison, New York, is up for sale for $4.99 million. The main house at 19 Winfield Ave. dates back to 1747 and has been modernized, including a renovated kitchen. The home features a chalet-inspired foyer with a limestone fireplace, three family bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate guest cottage. The estate also features a heated pool and wildflower-filled gardens. The land has been subdivided into five lots, allowing for the possibility of selling additional parcels in the future.
