What World Cup fans may pay for an Airbnb in Philadelphia region

The FIFA World Cup is set to take place in the Philadelphia region in June and July, with an estimated 149,000 visitors expected to arrive during the matches. An analysis commissioned by Airbnb suggests that the average Airbnb host could make $160 per night, or $1,900 over the tournament period. Additionally, average Airbnb booking costs are expected to be $109 per person per night. The company has reported a surge in demand for stays during the World Cup, with first-time hosts receiving a $750 bonus.
