Troopers investigate deadly crash in Ormond Beach

The fatal crash occurred around 9:30pm. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the cause, with the westbound lanes of SR-40 closed between Booth Road and Tymber Creek Road closed. The incident occurred at the same time as the previous incident. The police cleared the scene shortly before 6am.
