Travis County Emergency Services District 12 (DS12) is displaying red bows to honor the victim of the West Sixth Street shooting. The bows, which are named "Red Bows for Ryder," are also a show of support for Fire Engineer Zach Hubenak whose family was killed in the same incident. The department is encouraging community members to display red bows at their homes or businesses as a sign of support.
