Singer David Burke, real name of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, is accused of luring the girl to his home in Los Angeles to murder him before dismembering her body with a chainsaw. The 21-year-old singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, allegedly met Celeste in 2022 when she was 11 and began sexually abusing her in 2023. Prosecutors claim that they continued to communicate throughout their relationship despite breaking up in November 2024. Celeste was reported missing in April 2024 and spent most of her time at Burke's home in the Hollywood Hills and traveled with him to Las Vegas, London, and Texas to meet with his family. Prosecutors allege that Burke then used a shovel, a body bag, a fake name, and a fake pool online to dispose of the body.
