Oklahoma Rep. Stephanie Bice (R) has declined to run for the Senate after President Trump announced Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-Okla.) as his replacement for Kristi Noem at the Department of Homeland Security. Bice, a member of the House Appropriations Committee, had previously hinted at a possible run. The primary election will take place on June 16.
