El Paso sees gas price hike as spring approaches

The price of gas in El Paso has risen by 10 cents in one day, according to the AAA. The increase comes as refineries begin producing "summer-inspired" gasoline, which contains pricier additives to reduce evaporation during the warmer months. The national average gas price also increased by about a one cent.
