The Future Forward program, a year-long program designed to help high school seniors explore healthcare careers, has been celebrated by its first class of high school students in Oklahoma City. The program involved students from four Oklahoma City high schools and involved over 60 students exploring healthcare careers while building resumes and preparing for interviews with OU Health mentors. The first cohort of high-school seniors completed the program, which aims to prepare students for careers in healthcare. Students from the program also benefited from HR benefits provided for students. Amanda Holguin, vice president of enterprise talent and culture at OU Health, highlighted the program's community impact and its ability to build a strong pipeline of health care workers.
