Motorcyclist killed in crash; police close part of Southeast Powell Boulevard to traffic

A motorcyclist has been killed in a collision with another vehicle in Southeast Portland. The incident occurred at the intersection of Southeast Powell Boulevard and Southeast 28th Avenue. The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene. Police closed the road to safety while investigating the cause.
