LVMH CEO, Bernard Arnault, has warned of a "world catastrophe" if the Middle East conflict is not resolved. His comments came after the Iran war negatively impacted demand for the company in the first quarter, halving its sales growth. The conflict had a 1% negative impact on LVMH's organic growth.
