State officials remind businesses of kratom removal deadline

State officials are reminding businesses that they must remove kratom from stores by Wednesday, a move that they believe has no medical purpose and does not require testing. The move comes after the state reclassed kratom as a "schedule one controlled substance", making it illegal. A news conference is scheduled for Monday to discuss the situation.
