A Key West man, 46-year-old Fredrick Charles Gartenmayer, has been arrested for allegedly spitting on a McDonald's drive-thru employee. The incident occurred on March 17 and was reported to have occurred at around 10:14 p.m. The victim claims that Garten mouthed a comment about the restaurant and then spat in the employee's face. A warrant was later obtained for Garten's arrest.
