Kevin Faux, the suspected killer of pregnant Houston woman Ashanti Allen, has been arrested in Louisiana by the U.S. Marshals Service New Orleans Office. Faux had been wanted on a capital murder charge in the death of Allen, who was eight months pregnant when she was reported missing on April 10. Her body was found on April 16. The arrest has raised questions about Faux's prior release from jail and his criminal history. He is expected to be extradited back to Texas where he will face capital murder charges.
