The UK government has called for citizen scientists to collect small pieces of space dust that have made their way from the asteroid belt into the inner solar system and have landed on Earth. The project is run in collaboration with The Box, Plymouth, and will be divided into three phases, including public talks and workshops in schools, libraries, and community centres. Participants will be given detailed training on how to collect samples safely and how to send them to the lab.
