Amtrak is introducing a patriotic new Freedom 250 Acela train, which debuted in Philadelphia on May 7. The train is decorated in red, white and blue with stars and stripes in honor of America's 250th year of American independence. To celebrate the new design, Transportation Secretary Sean P.nownst Duffy accompanied 25 students on the train's first trip from Washington, D.C., to Philadelphia. Amtrak plans to add new America-inspired decals on 20 additional trains across the U.S. The company also unveiled a new website for travelers along the Northeast Corridor (NEC), which will host the FIFA World Cup this summer.
