Motorcyclist dies in crash on Highway 4

A motorcyclist has died after he rear-ended another vehicle and was ejected into traffic. The California Highway Patrol closed the westbound lanes of Highway 4 for about three hours. The victim was identified at the scene and died at the time of the incident.
