Israel has blown up a car in Gaza that it alleges was carrying a Hamas terrorist, Muhammad Washah, one of two people killed in a targeted strike. The military accused Washah of being involved in planning attacks against IDF troops and involvement in the production and transfer of weapons through Gaza. The incident occurred as the car was traveling along the coast. The Al Jazeera Media Network condemned the killing, calling it a "new and flagrant violation of all international laws and norms".
