A Cincinnati woman, 29-year-old Adriana Napier, has been indicted on multiple charges, including endangering children, felonious assault, strangulation, and domestic violence. The Hamilton County Prosecutor, Connie Pillich, alleges that Napier got upset about a child who didn't do their household chores and assaulted her with a belt and curtain rod, causing multiple injuries including a fracture. The child ran to a neighbor's home and the child was taken to the hospital. The charges are being pursued aggressively and Napier could face up to 15 years in prison.
