MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026 Announce General Voting Categories & Co-Creation Awards

The details of the general voting categories and co-creation awards at the MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026 (MAJ2026), the international music awards ceremony set to be held on June 13 at TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO. The awards recognize outstanding works and artists shaping Japan’s current music scene. The general voting and co creation awards are presented in partnership with Spotify Japan K.K., XING Inc., DAIICHIKOSHO Co., Ltd., MIXI, Inc., USEN Corporation (U-NEXT HD), and LINE MUSIC Corporation. Additional new categories have been introduced, including Best Vocaloid Culture Song and the Student Creator Encouragement Award.
