The White House has announced that Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer is leaving the Trump administration to take a job in the private sector. This follows the firings of Department of Homeland Security Sec. Kristi Noem and Attorney General Pam Bondi. The White House's director of communications, Steven Cheung, praised DeRemer for her role in protecting American workers, enacting fair labor practices and helping Americans gain additional skills.
