Kanagawa Prefectural Police have released new security camera footage of a suspect connected to the unsolved 2015 murder and arson case in the town of Yugawara. The body of 66-year-old Mie Hirai was discovered on April 21, 2015, with multiple stab and slash wounds and blunt-force trauma to the head. The new footage shows an individual walking through the roundabout at JR Yugawada Station shortly after 5:00 a.m. on the day of the incident. Police are appealing to the public for any information leading to the identification of the suspect.
