The popular U.S. cable show, Yellowstone, has ended its run with a spinoff series starring Luke Grimes set to premiere in 2025. The series, "Lawman: Bass Reeves," will explore Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler's story. Other spinoffs include 1883, 1923, 1944, 6666, and Lawman: Bent Reeves. The franchise has grown from 5 million viewers to a global hit franchise with over 100 million fans worldwide. The first spinoff, "1883," was not renewed for a second season and has been followed by a prequels, spinoffs, and sequel series. In May 2025, CBS has ordered the series "Grimes," which follows Kayce Dutton as a U.K. Navy SEAL.
