A United Airlines flight had to evacuate after reports of an engine fire at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) caused smoke to pour from the aircraft. The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner had to deploy emergency evacuation slides on the runway. One passenger received a minor cut to his finger, but no other injuries were reported.
