Warner Bros. Discovery has scheduled a special shareholder meeting for April 23 to vote on the $110 billion mega-deal by Paramount Skydance. The WBD board has recommended that shareholders vote to approve the deal. This is the second special meeting scheduled by Warner Bros. this year for the company. The company had previously scheduled a vote on approving the Netflix deal but also opened a window to engage with Paramount to secure a better offer.
