Police were called to a home on Riverhill Avenue for a DVO violation on July 8, following an incident involving Monica Spinazola, a 61-year-old woman who has been arrested at least eight times for various charges over the past 18 months. The complainant claimed that Spinazolas was recording her, flipping her off, and swearing at her outside while she was gardening. The police recorded Spinazol on her phone to document the violation.
