TikTok influencer’s ex-husband seeks to block alleged killer’s beneficiaries from her estate

Lyle Landers, ex-husband of TikTok influencer Sara Gilson, has filed a lawsuit to prevent Jeremiah Shawn Duffey, the alleged killer of Gilson who died in an apparent murder-suicide, from inheriting any portion of her estate. The four-page court filing alleges that Gilson died without a will and left an estate in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Duffey had publicly accused Landers of pedophilia days earlier, and had previously filed multiple protection orders against Duffey dating back five years. Landers believes he is entitled to serve as Administrator of Gilsson's estate to preserve and protect their children, who are minors.
