The La Grange, Illinois, village officials are trying to identify which businesses are operating at a commercial complex that they allege is full of violations. The complex consists of two buildings at 608 E. C. C., and 300 Washington Ave. According to a village memo, USA Water & Fire Services applied for an occupancy certificate for Unit D in the Washington building in February, which was occupied by an employee of IDIADA Automotive Technology USA. The village alleges that many businesses in the complex are violating local code with their parking and loading. The dispute between the village and the trust has been ongoing for years.
