Cerebras, a producer of chips that run artificial intelligence models, is set to file for an IPO as soon as possible. The company has been operating its chips in its own data centers as a cloud service for clients and has announced plans to provide up to 750 megawatts of computing power to OpenAI through 2028 in an agreement worth over $10 billion. Additionally, OpenAI has expanded its relationship with Cerebras in an additional $20 billion deal.
