Rich Hua, former Amazon's Chief EQ Evangelist, is aiming to bring emotional intelligence to a billion people through his newly founded EPIQ Leadership Group. He believes that as artificial intelligence continues to increase, the value of emotional intelligence will also increase. The group aims to help companies find a balance between EQ and IQ, a skill set known as the EIS.
