Man pleads guilty in Snohomish County cold case killings of Judy Weaver and Susan Vesey

Mitchell Gaff has pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the murders of Judith "Judy" Weaver and Susan Vesey, dating back over four decades. Gaff was initially arrested in May 2024 in relation to Weaver's death and later charged with Vese's murder. He was identified as a suspect following the discovery of new DNA evidence. His sentencing is scheduled for May 13.
