Local activist groups from Chicago's Beverly neighborhood and Orland Park are planning to participate in the nationwide "No Kings" mobilization on March 28. Over 3,000 demonstrations are being held in every congressional district across the country. The main event will be held in downtown Chicago from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. and at least 12 million people are expected to participate. Southsiders for Peace will join the demonstrations, which have attracted over 600 people. The organizers are urging participants to register at No.09.
