Influencers are visiting Little Saint James, the private island once owned by Jeffrey Epstein, to film viral videos. The videos, which have over 52 million views on YouTube, are being filmed by content creators who are capitalizing on increased interest from the latest release of the Epstein files. The trips to the island do not appear to be sanctioned or approved by its new owner, billionaire Stephen Deckoff, who bought Little St James and a neighboring island for $60 million in 2023. However, the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources has stated it has not received any plans for the development of a resort on either Little or Great Saint James as of March 2026.
