A U.S. District Court judge in Minnesota has ordered that the federal government to provide unredacted evidence from the killing of Renee Good by ICE agent Jonathan Ross. The order relates to the prosecution of Roberto Carlos Muñoz-Guatemala, who was convicted of assaulting Ross last year in a traffic incident. The judge ruled that the evidence could provide new evidence regarding Ross' actions that could affect sentencing or the possibility of requesting a new trial. The evidence is similar to that of the state of Minnesota in an ongoing lawsuit against the Trump administration filed last month. The federal government has been ordered to provide the evidence to a magistrate judge for relevancy.
