New Mexico Democratic U.S. Rep. Gabe Vasquez visited Camp East Montana, one of the nation's largest immigration detention facilities, raising new questions about conditions inside the facility. Vasquez toured the facility as part of his oversight duties and stated that he left with more questions than answers. He claimed that many detainees at the facility have no criminal records and that about 100 detainees are in quarantine due to reported cases of measles, tuberculosis, and other illnesses.
