Acres of Whitmoor Common in Surrey affected by wildfire

A wildfire has affected over seven acres of heathland in Surrey, affecting the area. The Surrey Fire and Rescue Service has warned members of the public to avoid the area due to high winds and changing smoke conditions. The wildfire is currently under control, but residents are urged to keep their doors and windows closed.
