Suspected driver in Berkeley hit-and-run is arrested

A 41-year-old Berkeley man has been arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run. The collision occurred on Harmon Street on April 7. The victim survived with significant head and body injuries. Police identified the suspect through witness statements and surveillance footage. The car involved is believed to be a black 2014 Toyota Camry with a distinctive strip of tape covering the passenger side.
