Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, who previously served as Trump's personal attorney, has been criticized for his comment about wanting to be appointed AG full-time by the president. Blanche stated that if President Trump chooses to keep him as acting, it would be an honor. He also mentioned that if he is asked to work for him, he would say, "Thank you very much, I love you, sir."
