A 30-year-old woman was shot in the leg outside a busy Brooklyn shopping plaza, seriously injuring her. The victim was an innocent bystander and the shooter appeared to be aiming for someone else. The incident occurred around 2:13 p.m. on Monday. A witness said the shooter seemed to recognize someone he knew and then fled the scene. No arrests have been made so far.
