Cops have arrested a 16-year-old boy accused of murdering his stepfather, Jamel Davis, in Brooklyn, over marijuana possession. The alleged crime occurred during an ongoing dispute over the use of the drug near Davis' pregnant mother. The boy's mother was upset that Davis was smoking marijuana near her pregnant daughter. The teen allegedly pulled a gun from a shoebox and shot Davis twice, once in the chest and once the arm. Davis died at the hospital. The suspect's name has not been released pending charges. Police have long suspected the youth was responsible for the killing.
