The US President's "big beautiful bill" has resulted in the signing of more than 5 million children to participate in the tax-deferred investing accounts for children. The pilot program includes a $1,000 pilot program contribution to each child born with a Social Security number and eligible for the account. The accounts will officially be launched on July 4.
